Submit your abstract

The Abstract has to be written in English. Only the presenting author can submit Abstracts. Abstract templates in Latex and Word are found here. Use of these templates is mandatory. After preparing your Abstract with those templates, Abstracts must be submitted as portable document format (pdf) files. The PDF abstract document must not exceed 2 MB.

The templates are designed to conform to the following specifications:

  • The abstract should be written with typeface Times and font size 12.
  • Maximum one (1) page, including figures and tables, size A4 (i.e. 210 x 297 mm) with 2.5 cm margins on all four sides.
  • The abstract should be headed by a title written with lower-case letters and bold typeface.
  • The abstract title has to be followed by the name(s) of the author(s), affiliation(s), country (ies), and the e-mail address of the presenting author.
  • Both the affiliation and the e-mail address have to be written in italics typeface.
  • Please, remember to underline the name of the presenting author.

Posters not wider than 85cm and lenght not exceeding 1.20 m
